Founded in 1994, AdvantaClean and its affiliates have established themselves as premier providers of essential services related to indoor air quality in the residential, commercial and governmental market segments. Our service category includes emergency water removal, mold remediation, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and other related services. AdvantaClean is headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina on a five-acre industrial campus. A state-of-the-art 22,000 square foot facility includes executive training facilities, a management education center and a dedicated workshop for hands-on technical training. AdvantaClean provides services throughout the entire United States, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii, and is registered to serve clients in Canada. Brian was on time for the estimate and the work. It was done for the price quoted and he removed all mold. The work was very professional and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company for mold removal.
It was impossible to get to our exterior dryer vent without dismantling some lattice-work under our deck. Brian was able to improvise easily and got the vent cleaned without incident. Our clothes are drying so much faster! I'm amazed at what a difference it has made!
Several pieces of furniture and objects had to be moved to get to the vents around the house. At the end of the day Brian replaced everything exactly the way he found it. This, in my opinion, went above and beyond and it was appreciated.
Brian was efficient, courteous, thorough, and a pleasure to have here. I would absolutely call him first if I had an emergency situation that required his services, based on the experience I had!
Not sure if this was just a bad team, or, if this is common practice.
"The members are very nice people and it is unfortunate that there was damage to their ceiling. It is difficult to guarantee no damage to the ceiling when working in an attic. It doesn't always happen, but sometimes it does. We did pay for all drywall repair, retexturing, and painting. We actually paid to have the whole ceiling repainted rather than just touch up so it would match their existing paint. AdvantaClean strives to do the best quality work for a fair price. With the cost of labor and materials and the damage repair we actually made no profit on this project. We do whatever it takes to make our clients happy, even if it means making no profit on a project. Although we didn't expect this kind of review from the members considering all we did to make them happy, we understand their position and trust that consumers understand that no company is perfect all the time. We all make mistakes, but if we learn from our mistakes it helps us grow. That's what we do at AdvantaClean. Everyday is a learning process no matter how long we've been in business. We trust this review alone won't deter other consumers to call us for a free quote."
