What I like about True Value is that their associates can help me find what I am looking for without talking down to me. Their associates are easy to find and will admit when they are unsure about a question I have. I really like their customer service. They pretty much have the materials I need or direct me to a place that would have it. As opposed to a larger chain, I had some major supplies that they delivered to my home, and True Value delivered them without an additional charge.
