After I OKed the the bid he was out to start the job in a little over a week. Mike kept me informed of time line.
What I liked most about working with Mike:
1) Mike came out to give me a bid, measures the roof and gave me a bid right away. Two other bids I had to wait 3 to five days to get a bid in the mail or e mail.
2) Mike was right there working right along with his crew.
3) Mike never asked me for any advance in payment. Never had to give him any money untill the job was finished.
4) The Job took a little more than a day and a half.
5) I was very happy with the bid came in much lower than 3 others.
I am very happy with the whle process. Mike said he was happy too.
