+ -1 moreWe purchased our new house in June 2013 that has a one year pest service contract with "Those Killer Guys". The house exterior was repainted so it needed it to be serviced for pests again. We contacted the provider in early July and he said he would look into it and call us back. A week later the provider never called back. We left a message with the the provider and in response the provider left a message with us stating he was returning the call. We since called and left 5 messages and the provider has not responded to any of them.
