When the door got here it did not have beveled glass in the curved window area. The door also came with the wrong frame on it and I know specifically I ordered another type of frame. When I called the store the girl I spoke with told me I got what I ordered and I told them I did not. Now I am stuck with a door that is beautiful, but has the incorrect trim. I do not recommend them. They did not try to work this out with me. I had to call them five or six times to come and pick up materials that I did not need. They waited so long to pick it up that about half of my materials disappeared. They also charged me a 25-percent restocking fee. I will not use them again and they should not treat people that way. Their prices were average.
