WE ARE ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH JIMMY AND HIS WORK. FRAMING IS DONE ACCURATELY SO THAT WE MAY DO OUR JOB MORE EFFICIENTLY

We had our house for 5 years and it ended up all coming down because that is what happens to beach homes. We had an architect here in Portland that draw us the plan and we needed a beach person to work on our house, so we used them. He really, really knows how to build up the beach and a lot of the builders are going out there because they are looking for work. Because of the economy the beach homes are the ones that are still being built, so some of the construction guys are going out there, so we have to call Jim to fix the windows because it is different construction. We are going to spend probably about $140000 on that work. The job is going wonderful overall. I am a glass artist, so he has got to put in some specifics like the oxygen that runs in and the propane for my torches and then the kilims. Around the kilims has to have a firewall and there can?t be any gas leaks. He has worked very much with me because there have been a couple of changes and I can?t go down there all the time and I only go there on weekends. He is being very, very accommodating. I wanted some vents for the propane and stuff on the outside and he said that it was absolutely not going to work because of all the wind and the weather is on that side, so he was very knowledgeable. He built me a whole house and it went from a 2000 square foot house to a 4000 square foot house and it is wonderful. He actually became a good friend as I worked with him and I still like him. I think that he is very much right in the price as everyone else. He is very responsive and that is important because I am there only the weekends and a lot of people don?t work on the weekends and he realizes that most of the people down at the beach are weekenders, so he is available.
