The representative/owner is nothing more than a try and fix it person. He does not work responsibly and has an issue with respecting the requests of others.

Quick to give an estimate. There was some question in my mind as to whether a new meter base and main disconnect was necessary. He gave me the name of the local electrical inspector who confirmed what was necessary.
Work was performed quickly and professionally and since I know a couple of electricians (they don't work in the area in question) they confirmed the pricing was more than reasonable.
Overall an excellent job.
Oh - the reason I used them in the first place was he was on Angies list.

It was what I expected and everything was fine. The whole process was fine and I would recommend them. The price was also what I expected.

He gave me a fair price, but when he got to the post, he couldn't do the post. I felt like I was working with my son, he was so nice. His wife was also really nice on the other end of the phone. He really went above and beyond what was required.
