All went very well. They arrived at the time of their appointment and did a great job of cleaning the carpets including getting out some spots and stains that had been a real concern. They were very thorough and spent the time necessary to get the job done right. The job turned out to be a tough one and it took them 1/3 more time than they had anticipated. When they finished I was very pleased with their work and asked if the cost would be more than the $225 they had estimated since it took so much more time. They quickly answered that the cost was exactly as they had given us in their estimate.
They were very professional, reliable, and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them. The carpets look great.
