They were here on time and did exactly what they said they had to do. They charged exactly what the estimate was. When the man was working on something, he accidentally dropped and broke a part. He couldn't finish, but he was back immediately the next morning to finish the job. They did a nice job; the inspector took one look at it and said it was a well-done job. The worker was friendly. When I called him to come out and give an estimate, he came the next day. It was a good experience overall.

The prices are good. The quality of the work was excellent because they did stuff right generally. What bugged us is that they did not do it when they said they would and it took months to complete. They would show up, work for about half an hour or so, and then just take off without coming back. We would have to follow up a few times with them before they would return. I would not hire them again because they do not seem reliable.
