Concrete Repair
THE ORIGINAL BID WAS APRIL 1, 2005, IT'S NOW MID OCTOBER, AND THE JOB IS STILL NOT DONE. RON, THE OWNER IS POLITE, BUT NEVER SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, AND I'M TIRED OF WAITING. WHAT WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE IS OF GOOD QUALITY, BUT WHAT GOOD IS THAT UNLESS THE JOB IS FINISHED.
