Once it got close to the Wedding all confusion came out when my daughter contacted the florist. They were very rude to say the least and said the person that filled the order did not charge enough and they could not fill it for what was charged so would have to charge a lot more. $100's more. My daughter had a receipt paid in full for the specific order and specific flowers and got no where. Funny , the person that originally took the order from my daughter was very knowledgeable and helpful and had done many weddings so was good about reminding my daughter about who would be in attendance and to not forget corsages for all of them. He even just did a wedding in the same colors and helped pick flowers to fit my daughters budget. So in the end, the florist, minus this nice gentleman, filled the order with not the right colors and everything very cheaply thrown together. Especially the brides bouquet. Shame on Flowers by Darlene.
Description of Work: My daughters bridal bouquet and her bridesmaids bouquets as well as boutonnieres and corsages.
