It all started with a leak. After the plumber had put a few holes in my walls upstairs and down, I called Figueras Homes to repair the walls. Jeannie came out that same day. She happened to arrive when the insurance agent was here and the company they hired to dry out the boards. Upon pulling up the floor, mold was discovered, my family and I had to immediately move out. I was devastated. I then decided that a major remodel was in order. Jeannie was with me every step of the way. At first, I was like a deer in the headlights, unsure of decisions I was making. By the end, I was making the decisions I stead of asking Jeannie to do it. She made me feel confident and taught me a lot about color and what is pleasing to the eye. In the end, with Jeannie's creativity, I have a beautiful kitchen and 2 beautiful bathrooms. Any advice I followed from Jeannie, I was not disappointed. I needed my siding redone on my house, so I had that done too. I also used her last year to tear out my deck and put in a new patio. Again, not disappointed. My next project will be my master bath and there is no question who I will hire as my contractor. My mother and sister have also used her over the past few years as well. One of the things I like most about Jeannie is that she gets to know you and your likes/dislikes. She learned I was not fond of warm tones or greens. I was confident in Jeannie to make decisions when I was not reachable. As with any home project, things come up. Several things were not up to code and she brought that to my attention. She really knows her stuff. When I was able to move back in with my family I walked in and she had staged my living room differently. It opened it up and made it look bigger. I have kept my living room that same way to this day. It has a much more feel of home. Jeannie gave me the home I have dreamed of and a kitchen I love. As I said previously, I have learned so much from her. I am looking forward to remodeling the master bath because I am confident in my choices and confident in Jeannie.
