My wife and I have pets, and have had other companies out in the past to clean carpets and remove stains.  other companies have not been able to remove the stains, or odor.  Plus they left the carpets so wet they took days to dry and smelled worse afterwards.  this is the second time we have used clear water carpet cleaners, and will use them in the future.  the owner was able to come out in short notice.  he works very hard, and was able to get stains out that nobody else could, plus the carpet smelled great.  We cracked open the windows, turned the air on, and had a few fans going.  Both times the carpet was dry in just a few hours.  of course we made sure to let it dry a little longer just to be sure before moving furniture and walking on it.  I actually was considering having the carpet replaced, but now I think it will last for years to come.
