He's pretty much here every week. He works on everything in this building, all sorts of different equipment. The ice machine, the stoves, everything. He bills us quarterly. He's always been our go-to guy, so we use him every week.

It was a true pleasure working with Suzanne and Bob with Tri-County Electric.
Professional and friendly from the first contact, apologetic for having to reschedule, and prompt when Bob did come out I'd certainly call them again for any electrical work. I appreciate when a contractor communicates clearly and often with me regarding when the quote will arrive, the work and the bill, and Tri-County did this.
For last few years, I've kept a growing list of electric work needed done on the house, and a dangerously deteriorating can light in the shower prompted me to seek out an electrician more urgently. As usual, I looked over angieslist and found Tri-County electric. They are local to me out here in east county, and I decided to give them a call. My strategy is to call highly rated and local providers, as I like to support local businesses. Also, while highly rated, I tend to avoid calling angielist providers highest on the list..as they are usually the busiest and least likely to get to you in a timely fashion.
Bob came out, assessed the work and within a few days I had an quote in my email inbox. Pleased with the quote, I didn't even call another provider to provide a bid. Bob came out and cheerfully and professionally did the work.
It is so nice having new outlets, a safe shower light and a new GFCI for my front yard! No more running extension cords from the garage!

They are honest and trustworthy. The gentleman that works there knows what he is doing and tries to simplify the job. He is very efficient without charging me too much. Scheduling is very easy and they have a nice system set up. They respond the same day I call.

The company was professional from start to finish. The person taking the call worked with me to find a time. The electrician showed up on time and was pleasant to work with. He examined and corrected a frozen breaker switch. If the problem reoccurred he would return at no extra cost.

I'd had 5 other companies fail to show up. TriCounty was immediate and very helpful. They did the work cheerfully and just how I need it done. I was very impressed with their service. I can't imagine a company with better service!

Office staff was professional. A weather conflict caused a delay, but Tri-County took care of it promptly. Bob (electrician) performed the work quick, arrived right on time, and the job came in under estimate!!! How often does that happen??

They were good. He showed up on time and did the work. He was really nice.

Mr Kufner showed up after my call in prompted a quick return phone call, setting up a time was as simple as can be. Mr Kufner was right on time, and went right to work after looking at the quick job. He also recommended a better option on my needs first to see how it works before adding and running additional power out from the panel. It is always nice to see there are people out there who have pride in what they do and how they offer it. GREAT JOB TRI-COUNTY ELECTRIC!

Bob came to my house and checked the range, but didn't find anything to be concerned about before the Riegelmann's service call.

From our first phone contact with Tri-County Electric, I was very
pleased. They were prompt in returning phone calls, arrived on time to
do the work, completed the work promptly and cleaned up thoroughly. The
electrician finished the work and still had some time left to check
electrical outlets around the house for me. If I need additional
electrical work in the future, I will definitely call Tri-County
Electric.

He was friendly and he did good work. I did not shop around and so, I don't know as to how his price was compared to the other people but I was not dissatisfied with the price.

The price was reasonable. His work was fine and very appropriate. He was a little bit late but he called and let me know. There was some delay issue and it was handled well. His pricing was very fair. He figured out what was wrong and corrected it. He said he was on his way over and then he didn't have parts so he had to go back and get them and come back. It didn't disrupt my day and he didn't inconvenience my day. I would use him in the future.

I had a wall heater that quit working. Rory arrived within 30 minutes of the estimated arrival time and checked out the system. The heating unit was just fine, but the thermostat had been wired incorrectly by the previous owner. Standard connectors had been used on the old aluminum wire and the newer copper wire in the thermostat. Rory made the repairs and explained what he was doing and why in terms that I actually understood. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also advised me to check other updated electrical connections to make sure the proper wire nuts were in place.

He was very professional and knows his business very well.
