Excellent! considering the age of the unit, and the awful working conditions (heat/humidity and insect issues), the Duct Guys competed a tough job in 6 hours, and fixed what looked like a hopeless task so very well! My highest recommendation!

The back story of my project is too long to share but to simply say thank you Duct Guys is an understatement. I needed my furnace replaced and a new one installed and I made one outreach, they got me in the very next day, got everything installed and we got heat. Kevin the owner and his assistant Ray were amazing!! They cleaned our dryer vent in no time and extended down our ducting in a very wonky cabinet so we could install a range hood. When we couldn't get it to fit, they came back the next day, adjusted the ducting, and popped in the unit for us. Both times they fit us in around other jobs. Really appreciated their quick, professional, and cheerful help and would hire them again in a second.

They were professional and efficient. Both techs were very nice and answered any questions I had about my ducts and their equipment.

This company was referred by another provider that initially found the problem. due to work load the scheduled repair time was several weeks out which was fine. Josh showed up right on time and was very polite and professional. during the inspection he did locate the problems and was able to fix them on the spot. Josh made sure to touch base with me multiple times during the project (about 2 hours) and let me know: what he found, the initial estimate, and any other things he found. He made sure I was OK with the quote and explained in detail what work he was doing. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and I can already tell that the airflow is a lot better.

They called to find out if they could come a little earlier than the original appointment which was fine with me. There was no company name on the truck which I thought was odd. When they were done, I paid by VISA and he emailed me the receipt. The young guy that came with him seemed very new at the job - not as knowledgeable about the work. They neglected to move a bed back into place which I didn't notice until they were gone. I checked all the vents. One of the vents still had a pile of debris in it that I had to vacuum out. It doesn't look like they sanitized the vents either. My husband and I didn't think they did a very good job.

This is the second time I have hired them for the same house. You should clean ducts every 3 or 4 years...it had been 7! Needed to get prior tenants cat hair cleaned out before allergic tenant moves in. They arrived exactly on time, took approximately an hour. No furniture moving, house was vacant. They installed the new furnace filter that I made sure to have on hand, and cleaned the dryer vent while they were there. They even showed me all the gunk they took out of the ducts. Wow, now I know why you should have it done more often. Ultimate professionals, no down time; they were both busy the whole time. I just stayed out of their way. Although, when I did have any question, they were very informational & patient.

They were excellent and they went above and beyond. They even came out to service something that wasn't even their fault. We would definitely use them again.

UNRELIABLE. Came out for estimate which was difficult to get scheduled to begin with. Never received quote/estimate for work. After emailing them asking for the estimate a week or so later, I was told they could not take the job. Took time off work to meet with them so don't appreciate my time being wasted!

We contacted The Duct Guys at the end of a year long remodeling project that had created a lot of dust and debris. Josh and his partner did a thorough job. When they inspected the ducts under the house, they found that the flexible venting had become disconnected in the crawl space. Not only did this explain why our dryer was not performing properly but moisture and lint were being directed into the crawl space, not a good thing! They tried to repair and clean it but were unable to get it reattached. We had them back to replace the duct with ridge metal and all went very well. Making arrangements with Kristina on the phone has been very pleasant and informative. I appreciated have the vents cleaned by a company that is not only competent but very knowledgable and able to perform repairs.

See previous days review. Later on that day it was discovered that a couple of vents inadvertently were not replaced. Kevin sent the whole army out, which was led initially by his 100% capable General Josh, just terrific. They spent several man hours until 8 last night reviewing the whole job with 4 to 5 guys and it looked like a war zone for a while however: When they left it was totally clean and working great. I attempted to give him an easy out by skipping some vents but Kevin would not have a less then perfect job... I tried to at least pay for the additional materials but Kevin would not have that either. I had the one two punch Kevin & Josh plus additional help. At home facilitating or at least putting up with it all was the admin part Kristine.... Thank You One and All

The job went great. Work was done as expected and the time estimate was accurate.

Great. We originally hired them for cleaning only, but they showed us that some of the ducts needed repair - replacing and reconnecting. Our system works much better now. Can't remember the price, I got them on a special for cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. It was reasonable. Team easy to work with.

Staff was professional, kind, helpful and cheerful. Did a thorough job and sprayed with an anti-fungal, antibacterial agent to top things off. I was very pleased with their thorough answers to my questions and their attitude to be helpful. It was a very efficient and complete job, giving me 100% confidence in a job well done.

Great. The team of 4 arrived when expected, clearly explained the process, and did an excellent job.

Called and they scheduled me 1 month out, between 10:00 and 3:00, said they were busy. On the day of appointment, no one showed up or called. I called 1/2 hour after my 5 hour window and no one answered (all afternoon I sat home waiting). I left a message (think the phone rang 20 times), about an hour later I got a call that said they were hung up at a job, I asked if they would come over after it (as I had scheduled a blinds cleaner for the next day), they said they would call later and reschedule. I never received a call. I called them the next morning and no one answered. I am very disappointed with Angie's List also as I found them here. I would recommend not to hire. If you do, schedule a morning appointment and you might catch them sober.

They showed up, did the work, and cleaned up...all very professionally. I had some work phone calls to make, and thought it would be loud, but it wasn't. I barely knew they were here.

Great job. Explained what they were doing. Showed the results of the cleaning once complete.

Representatives from this company estimated that the job would take three hours for the lead and three hours for the assistant, totaling six labor hours. That seemed like a lot of labor time to me, given how simple the job was, but I figured they were just erring on the high side and the job would actually come in lower. The men showed up about quarter after 9:00 am and were finished by 11:00 am, totaling a little under two hours for each worker. The work was fine but I was surprised to see them charge the estimated $801.37 given that the project took two labor hours less than estimated (one labor hour less than projected for the lead and one labor hour less than projected for the assistant). I did not feel it was ethical or reasonable to charge me for the projected six hours of labor given that the project took less than four - especially since labor costs were over 70% of the total costs of the estimate. I did not take it up with the workers who seemed to be just following an invoicing protocol. But I would not use this company again and would not recommend them.

It went well. The guys were nice and they managed to get to the unreachable furnace!

They did a great job. Good communication prior to arriving, showed up on time. Found a disconnected heat duct in our crawl space and reconnected it for no charge. Great people, we were glad to have hired them.

They showed on time and worked a long day to knock it out. The duct relocation turned out great. The insulation started to fall off in 2 areas and they didn’t insulate the newly installed return air duct, which resulted in them coming ont 2 more times to complete.
