Arrived on time. Ran a video camera down the line.
Wrote up a report and gave us a DVD of the video of the line immediately after the work was done.

These guys are quick and professional, leave you a written record as well as a DVD of the scope. They told me the materials of the pipes and how it looked all the way to the street, immediately!
Because I was out of town, they even uploaded the video to YouTube and emailed me the results. And they gave me a discount because it was the second time I used them in a very short period of time.
