Selix& Sons Construction did our room addition to include working with the architect on the plans, obtaining the necessary permits, and contracting the HVAC, electrical, siding, and painting. They did an excellent job despite some difficulties with the county permitting agencies, and got the work done in an efficient and timely manner. The addition was 165 sq ft with installation of roofing, stairs, windows, flooring, and HVAC and electric. We had the entire house re-sided at the same time. The transition from the new room into the existing kitchen was a little rough to begin with, but they eventually did get it done appropriately. They were substantially lower cost than some of the other bids we got for the job, although there were some unanticipated additional costs that were the result of the architect underestimating some of what was required by the county. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors, and use them again in the future. .
