WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US ANYTHING WE DIDN'T NEED. ONCE WE THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH OUR APPLIANCE DOOR AND THEY JUST LEVELED THE DOOR INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE UNIT.

I WOULD SAY THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. THEY WORKED US IN RATHER QUICKLY AND THEY WERE THOROUGH. THEY SHOWED US EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND SHOWED US THE PARTS. THEY ALSO GAVE US SOME TIPS ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND AVOID FUTURE PROBLEMS.
