Had a plumbing "emergency " as a pipe broke under my kitchen sink. Called Rocky Mountain and they promised to send a repairman the next morning. Matt showed up at 8:00 am straight up. Sized up my problem, offered a few suggestions and got the job done! Little over an hour and I have all new pipes under my kitchen sink, he also lowered things a bit so that if I ever choose to put in a garbage disposal it is ready to go. We talked a little about some future upgrades, he gave me some helpful suggestions. Very personable, very efficient and I will call them again. Fair price, great work, and excellent service from the first call.

Everyone at Rocky Mountain was great to deal with.
We had the owner, Eric, give us a bid to re-do the plumbing on our house before we actually bought it. A little more than a year later, I called referencing the bid, and he honored the very fair price.
Eric's crew was absolutely phenomenal: Polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and careful. The actually swept and cleaned as they worked, so even though the project took two days, we never felt inconvenienced. Both plumbers were very kind to our sometimes overzealous boxers, who love to bark, rumpus and drool. :)
The new plumbing is just great. We finally have strong water pressure. Yay! Highly recommend.

Called Rocky Mountain because of a toilet leak. Called Rocky Mountain because we had used them in the past. They came out and told us that the toilet in use did not fit the space. The old unit had always been a little unstable, but it had not leaked. Rocky mountain recommended a replacement at a very reasonable price. They were very professional, cleaned up and took the old unit for disposal.

They came on time and pointed out the problem. We discussed the options and cost. We would recommend them and will call them again if we have a plumbing problem.

Everyone I worked with was professional and extremely helpful. On top of basic repairs, he taught me where and how to turn off and drain down the outside water - which turned out to be extremely helpful when we had our cold snap.

Would not accept payment until he was was certain the leak had been completely repaired. Eric checked back with us and then sent a bill.
It was a small leak that caused several thousand dollars in damage in a short period of time. I can't imagine what would have happened if it had not been for Eric and his skill as a plumber.

Eric Busch and his crew were great. They were there on time, worked hard and got a tough job done quickly and with a great sense of humor. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. I'm a general contractor and I've used a lot of plumbers. Very few have ever come close to the job done by Rocky Mountain Plumbing.

We had several pipes burst do to extreme cold temperatures and I called Rocky Mountain Plumbing at noon on a Friday. Eric responded within an hour and did an exceptional job with the repairs. He had other jobs later in the day and was happy to make time for us. Our house was built in the 30's and previous owners had done a lot of crazy and unorthodox work on the plumbing. Eric handled multiple problems like a pro and both he and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. They did not mind me tagging along and explained everything in detail as he was working. I learned a lot and he offered tips on how to save money on future do-it-yourself jobs. I don't think he could have done the job any faster than he did (which saved me $) and I can't imagine calling any other plumber in the future. Eric not only does smaller jobs like mine but also handles large scale high end remodels. He works throughout the state of Oregon.

The job went very quickly and professionally.

He is very reliable and has a fair price. He works with you to save you as much money as he can.

They came back out today to fix a piece of the faucet that had been damaged by a door at no charge. He is also able to get faucets and fixtures for you at cost. His wife is also great. She comes over and helps with the work. They are a great team. They did a great job.
