Brian from Pioneer Plumbing ran a new waterline from our house to the water meter.  It was about 630ft.  The first company we contacted said we would have to excavate and could not use directional boring.  We contacted Pioneer Plumbing to get a second opinion.  Brian was prompt and professional when he came out to give us a quote.  He thought the line could be bored without excavation.  He completed the work in three days and saved us $10,000 by using directional boring to do the waterline.  My wife and I were extremely grateful for the service Brian provided.  I would recommend him to anyone.

$125
It was Labor Day weekend, Sunday, and I opened the water heater closet door to get something out, and saw water soaking the wall and pooling on the floor.  I got on to Angie's List and looked for a local plumber. The only other one who answered was out on a call and told me I was cutting into his family time, and that the cost to replace the line would be $350.  I laughed.  I was wrapping the line with towels that were soaking as I was doing this.  At about 5 pm Brian Taylor, owner of Pioneer Plumbing, called me back. I told him the problem and he said he just lived down the road and would be over directly, which he was.  He switched out the line for me, gave me a lot of information as well as quick steps to dry out the closet to avoid mold, and charged me $125. Why would anyone in Sandy and the surrounding area hire anyone else?  He is MORE than fair and honest, a family man with 2 or 3 full time workers and fully equipped trucks, and is a real professional.  HIRE THIS GUY for your plumbing needs.  You won't do better in the area!  I am getting ready to do some serious bathroom remodels, and the job will be his!

I had a broken pipe on the far side of my septic tank and they found it and fixed it. He did not charge me to clean the drains when he found out it wasn't the drain. He waved that charge. I woke him up at seven in the morning and he came over quickly.
