Prior to scheduling appointment I had a call with the owner (Paul) asking my naive questions what and how the replacement is going to be done. Paul patiently gave detailed answers to all of my questions and gave some suggestions on water heater brands and what extras might be helpful to install, eg. expansion tank. He arrived at exactly scheduled time, completed installation ever quicker that planned and hauled away old water heater. Installation cost was as discussed prior to the appointment and my garage was left clean, with no mess to clean. I'm very satisfied with the service he provided and will definitely recommend PB Plumbing to my friends and acquaintances.
