Kevin was absolutely wonderful. Based on what was leaking, he knew where the clog was, and fixed it in a jiff! He came a couple of hours from when I called him frantically. When he arrived, he was super knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and got to the heart of the problem right off the bat. He showed us how to create a temporary drainage fix if this happened again and couldn't get someone out here on short order (we live in a rural area). Based on my experience with him today, I will ALWAYS use him for any drain issue we may have again. What a great experience - which sure didn't seem like was the deal before he came! AAAAA++++
