Lada was great! Ivan was very honest and helpful through the entire process. We had found carpenter ants in a wall and knew going in to this project that the basic estimate would probably not be the entire cost, and it wasn't. However, when the crew did find the extra problems, they stopped the project. Ivan came and inspected, explained all the dry rot issues, including decking changes that needed to be made. Ivan redid the bid that day and they were able to proceed with the project the same day. All the work was excellent. Well worth the cost to make the house safe and sound!

They actually did a nice work on a big remodel project I had and they're excellent. They have excellent work and customer service. They're always very friendly and professional. Everything was done very high quality standard, if there's an issue they're calling me out. They make sure all the work was done to the highest standard and that's the part of things that I appreciate most about.

Everything went just fine. I was always kept informed of their progress and what would happen next. They worked very hard to get the exact colors I wanted painted on the house and the result is FANTASTIC! Very nice, friendly workers who took great pride in their work....and it shows!

The outcome is beyond our expectations. When we come home we ask each other and quot;Who lives there?and quot; It seems too fancy to be our home. It went from nice to elegant. Our house is what's called garrison style, a home style popular in the Boston area. A garrison is where the British troops were quartered in the 18th century, so a barracks. LADA managers Ivan and Fred assigned Eugene, George, and Fred to my project. What a great team. Friendly, professional. . .I was sorry to see them go when the project wrapped up. Eugene installed the windows with Fred and George. He then designed custom trim for the windows with crown molding appropriate to the historical bent of the structure. Fred and George took it from there building crown molding for each window. Their craftsmanship took the windows from and quot;wowand quot; to drop-dead-gorgeous. Fred then custom designed flashing for the top of each window. In addition, this same team had to ascertain the degree of dry rot discovered over the garage that bled into the compromised post that separates the garage doors. The damage was extreme. They had to engineer a way to address it. This required digging a hole through the existing concrete driveway, leveling, construction -- a whole bunch of machinations that are frankly beyond my ability to completely grasp. However, the result speaks for itself. It's perfect. LADA also painted the house. The gray primer looked so good with the red windows that a last minute color change took place. Ivan suggested tone on tone, so I looked for something I would like. I stuck to historical colors. Hector and Dimitry were my assigned painting team, and they were also friendly, professional, and fast. Fred, their manager, had my front door painted three times until it was perfect. It's so perfect, I can see myself in the finish.

Andy was prompt and reliable throughout the project. That is very important to me as I work with occupied apartments and all the construction noise, mess, intrusiveness, parking problems and general hub bub can cause strained tenant relations. Andy's quiet efficiency and gentle demeanor means a lot in such situations. He is a perfectionist in his work, but not to the point he can't finish anything, which I greatly appreciate, and he is very good at thinking ahead concerning potential design and production snags. I scheduled Andy's fencing project in two phases, and I could have easily bid out the second phase, but when he gave me a price and it was right in line, I didn't bother considering anyone else. He will be my first call in the future for such projects as well. Too bad there's no space for pictures here. You'd be as impressed as I am.

Punctual on reviewing the job and providing a bid

Andy told me exactly what the cost of labor and materials would be and always communicated to me if there was a change. He arrived on time and did excellent work. He was patient with my design changes and innovative in his techniques.
