+ -1 moreWe did not use them because his prices are a little high. We have used him before but I just found that his dates for doing the work were a little further out than we needed. I will consider this company for future work.

+ 1 moreHe did a fine job. He did the whole things for a fairly decent price. He did it on time as we requested. It looked nice. We were very pleased with it.
Description of Work: He put on an easement, an awning like, over a room we have on a pool barn. The water was leaking into the sliding glass door. He needed to put on a roof and draining.

+ -1 moreVery well. Jim is very meticulous about his work and does really well in making sure you are satisfied. Came and did the estimate and performed work as stated. Started when he said he would and finished in a very timely manner.
Description of Work: Replaced posts and railing on front porch, re-leveled front porch, built a pipe cover for our irrigation and home pipes from the well, and built an overhang on our shop.

+ -1 moreVery Good. Performed work very well. Cleaned work area after each day. The estimate of two days work was excellent. Finish work on the ends of the 2x4's very nice. That wasn't part of the contract. Very nice touch.

+ -1 moreI HAVE TO SAY THAT WE GOT THE JOB DONE AND ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS WERE MET AND EXCEEDED. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WAS VERY TIMELY WITH IT. HE TOLD US THE MATERIALS WE NEEDED TO GET AND WE GOT THEM FOR HIM. SOME OF THE MATERIALS WE BOUGHT AND THEN HE INSTALLED THEM FOR US. HE GAVE US SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT WE NEEDED. HE WAS VERY OPEN AND GAVE US LOTS OF OPTIONS TO WORK WITH. HE'S THERE TO WORK ON THE PROJECT. HE DOES WHAT IT TAKES AND WILL NOT LEAVE SOMETHING HALF DONE.
Description of Work: CONTRACTING. HE DID FLOORING, ELECTRICAL WORK, AND BASIC PLUMBING WHEN WE TOOK OUT OUR SINK. HE DID EVERYTHING FROM PLUMBING TO WOODWORK AND CABINETRY.
