I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service as well as the work performed. I never had a phone call returned and they never came when they said they would.

QUICK TO GET THE QUOTE, BUT THEN CHANGED DATE FOR SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. TWICE I HAD TAKEN OFF FROM WORK, AND ONE OF THOSE TIMES I GOT NO PHONE CALL TELLING ME THEY WEREN'T GOING TO SHOW UP. WORK WAS DONE A MONTH AFTER OUR ORIGINAL AGREEMENT TIME ON A DAY I WASN'T INFORMED THAT THEY WERE COMING. WERE TO LEAVE 3 CIRCUIT BREAKERS FOR THE GARAGE, BUT DIDN'T. 4 PHONE CALLS AND 4 WEEKS LATER, THEY WERE FINALLY DROPPED OFF. WRONG SIZE. AFTER A PHONE CALL AND THREE WEEKS OF WAITING, I FINALLY JUST BOUGHT MY OWN.
