Brian does an outstanding job and moves quickly with his machines. There is little wasted idle time when he is on the job.

He installed the French drain but he also managed to destroy my backyard in the process of doing so. It later cost me about $5000 to repair the damage that he did. I had to have the backyard completely re-landscaped. He did actually show up on time. He was Johnny-on-the-spot until it was time to start the job, and then he started flaking out.

"Member was the most difficult customer I have ever had. In his comments he states that i was Johnny-on-the-spot until it was time to start, That was due to the fact that it was raining and the ground was sopping wet. This is what led up to his sod damage in the backyard. I tried to talk Member into waiting for dryer weather as this would create less impact on his yard space when the earth was more firm. Well Member was in a hurry and actually has a little temper, so I went ahead and worked thru the elements to complete his project and the result was damage to the grass in the backyard. If you are a potential customer and are reading this, please understand that I use Heavy Equipment and it does impact the earth somewhat when work is being preformed.Upon meeting you for a quote I will walk the project with you and explain the potential impact that may occur. Please do not allow the ignorance of one disgruntled customer form your opinion of Cascade Tractor,l Have had thousands of satisfied customers, but there will always be that one that you cant please."
