First time I've used Lucas, but certainly not the last. Was responsive, explained things patiently and was very professional. Charge was very reasonable. Nice to have a contact like this to call on in our business when things go wrong.

l was having a problem with blocked sites. I called Zum Computer Services. They came out on the day it was convenient for me. Within an hour my problem was fixed and I was back in business. I am very happy with the service I received and plan on calling on them again if I have any more problems crop up.

This young man was prompt and within the time window, He was knowledgeable and professional, but explained everything in terms I could understand. Since I'm not computer knowable he was very patient, You you have problems call Zum computers in Salem it was well worth it to know my computer was in good hands. These guys are fantastic!  I had an out of state friend build me a computer.  But I started having hardware issues that I needed local help with.  Lucas came to my home diagnosed the problem and even told us what we needed to do to fix it on our own to save us money.  Unfortunately the new hardware was defective upon delivery.  Frustrated I asked Lucas to pick it up and take it with him.  He had it back to me in no time, working better than when I first got it.
He is very personable.  I felt comfortable having him in my home and being able to discuss options with him instead of just being told what to do.  And he is incredibly affordable.  I am so happy to know he is in our community and will recommend him to everyone I know in the future.
