We used Woodcrafters to rent our sanders when we were refinishing the hardwood floors in our new house. The staffs experience and willingness to help explain how to tackle our project was invaluable. The floors are from 1946 and came with some issues including MAJOR amounts of glue to get up but the staff knew just what to do. They were very accommodating when we had to extend our rental by almost a week and were interested in our progress. They helped us pick out our sealer finish and were able to show examples of how it would turn out and provided detailed instructions on everything. The rental cost was the cheapest we could find in town including comparing them to big box stores. They provide excellent customer service and employ craftsman who really know what they are talking about. Because of the age of our floors we couldn't afford to replace any boards that were ruined as they would need to be special ordered. Thanks to their advice they came out beautifully!
