They were punctual and hard working. However they lost an irreplaceable family heirloom that my grandparents received for a wedding gift. We have contacted them, but they're unable to find it and offer no explanation. They also damaged several other custom frames and artwork because they put all of the framed items into a packing box without wrapping them first! They also lost/broke a piece of glass that fit into our oak display case which makes the furniture almost unusable.When we were done unpacking and putting things away we kept looking for the items over and over until we realized they were lost (or broken?) by the movers :-(

Scheduling was easy. The movers were experienced and efficient. They moved my items without damage. Very professional and friendly personnel.

We did our own packing but had them move everything. They did a great job and nothing was broken. They compnay is very professional and personnable.
