Since 1999, Willamette Valley Wood Floor Company has been installing and refinishing hardwood floors in the Willamette Valley. The entire project from estimate to finish went amazing. Jim and James are very professional and keep in good communication at all times. They did the project in less than the time they promised and even started a day early when the material arrived early. The floors are back to beautiful again. The inlay they did was the same wood flooring but in a herringbone pattern. James did great job and it turned out awesome.

They were timely, and reasonably prices. They did an excellent finish. This was my first time using them, and was recommended by a neighbor. There were just 2 workers, and it took 3 days. We had to be out of the house, since they had to stain different layers. The finish is toxic, and is an oil base. It is something that you are not supposed to walk on.

They came exactly when promised. They had to work several days just installing the new wood as well as patching several areas. When they weaved the new wood with the old, I can't even tell the difference. Extremely PROFESSIONAL and respectful throughout the entire process.
The finish is beautiful!! They are very careful about how the sanding down is done, so the finished results are amazing.
I would highly recommend them over any other company that I got a bid from.
I will have them back next year to shine it up and give it another coat of their top coat to keep these beautiful floors even more gorgeous.!

Everything went well.  I work from home and was able to work while they did their thing (albeit with some noise).  The repairs look amazing - I can barely tell what was repaired and that's with knowing where to look.  My floors look like new.  I highly recommend them to anybody with floor work to be done.

Jim was professional, on time, and the quality of work was impeccable. The weaving he did to extend the existing 20+ year old hardwoods throughout the first floor is good to the point where you can't tell where the old ends and the new begins. Floors have a beautiful finish on them and we'll enjoy them for many years to come.

Jim was punctual, finished on time, and was responsive to resolve a minor problem even after he was paid and the job was complete. And, to be fair, the 'problem' was not a flaw in his work, but just a problem with my own memory of how the carpet installers were supposed to deal with a stair transition he constructed. The work was perfectly done.
