Flooring, Ceramic Tile Service
It was great. They tore out the old tile and disposed of it. They were very friendly and were concerned about what we wanted. Everything was done in the timeline that they gave us, we will be calling them again.

Carpet Installation
I got Jeff's name and number from Beaverton Stanley Steamer. When I explained what I needed he said it would probably fall into minimum job of $120.00. I had called Floor Factors who had put in carpet initially; they never returned my call. Jeff scheduled immediately, appointment confirmed the day before, and he came and completed work quickly and professionally. On the very day, he was running a little late (within the hour) and he had someone call to ask if that was okay or if I wished to reschedule. I was already at home with some other projects, so late arrival was no problem, but it was nice to know what was happening.
