The minivan looked nice and clean inside, but the day we picked it up it was raining so the outside was wet. About a week later after the rain stopped we realized it still had wax left on the top of the vehicle that did not get wiped off. Very disappointed to say the least!
We took our pick up truck for detail the following day. The cost for both vehicles was over $520...way more than we ever paid for our vehicles to be detailed but we thought you get what you pay for so looking at the reviews we figured it was worth it.
When we picked up the truck, there were many spots inside that were missed so still dirty and they did not even bother to open the pick up bed cover to clean the truck's bed.
We called the owner and he told us to come back to fix it and it will be done in two hours. This was very inconvenient since we live on the opposite side of Salem and I have a very active toddler that would not be easily entertained for two hours while they fix the mistake. I called again to speak with the owner and he was not there. I spoke with a guy with a thick Hispanic accent and I told him my problem and that I will not be able to make it and wait for the car and that I need to have the owner call me to either arrange a rain check for another day or offer a partial refund or offer some another solution....something that show he cares to keep our business. Still to this day, over a month, I have not heard back from anybody from this business. We are very disappointed with their services. For the money we spend we expected high quality and what we got was inferior quality and terrible customer service. We will not be going back there and we'll make sure we tell everyone we know not to.*** UPDATE*** I hate to do this, but I feel the need to come back and update my review. Approximately 2 weeks after my detail, ALL of my hard water spots came back. They are all still there, and you can't even tell anything was done to remove them. Yes, the interior still looks lovely and the rest of my car still has a great wax job on it. But for the removal of the water spots, it was a complete fail. I know now I should have gone to a paint job to have the spots removed. But I was assured by a worker and the owner of Willamette Auto Detail that their acid-bath spot removal would work, so I trusted them. (And it did- but for onlye 2 weeks.) I would still go back for a basic exterior/interior detail, because they were so nice, fast, and professional. But if you are looking specifically for hard water spot removal, go elsewhere...
