The guys that did the install were pretty good as far as craftsmanship. However dealing with them from a customer service standpoint and the office woman was absolutely terrible. She didn't want to listen and she didn't listen. She preferred to talk over me and her mistake cost me money. She wouldn't acknowledge that she made a mistake. In the end it pretty much was her word against my word. Based on that, I would not recommend them. I would absolutely not use them again as long as the office is run the way it is.

They were very fast and the installation was seamless since they did things right from the beginning. They installed our sink as well, and we were ready to go.

This was the most incredibly easy & reasonably priced granite installation. I installed new cabinets & a new vanity in each of the two bathrooms. I found a fabulous piece of 3 cm granite on sale that came out cheaper than any 2 cm I found at any of the other stores (& I went all over Portland & Salem). Being 3 cm meant that I didn't need the plywood base. I chose to have all three sinks undermounted so there was a small additional charge because of having to polish the granite for the undermount as the granite edge is visible. We installed all the cabinets making sure they were secure & absolutely level. Dustin came in & made templates & the next week the install was done. It could not be more beautiful. All sinks were undermounted on site & faucet holes drilled. The granite was then sealed & the site cleaned up. I'm sorry I forgot to get the name of the person who worked with Dustin on the install, but they were a great team & easy to have in the house working. Lena was the person who helped me at the store & we stayed in constant contact by email. I changed my mind from the original idea when I decided to do undermounts in the bathrooms also. It added more to the cost because of the need to polish the edges, but not that much actually. They sell the sinks as well, although I purchased mine elsewhere. But their prices on that are also very competetive.

I was told that I would need to buy another stone as the island was larger then originally figured and they wanted to make it perfect for me with cutting it all out of one piece for the island base top and  only having one seam on the base and one seam on the bar top.  Well I paid 1200.00 for another stone and ended up with two seams in the bar top and one seam on the island base with the Left side of the Island Base not matching the rest because they allowed and unskilled person to cut my granite.  WHO the H*** DOES THAT.  Today When Dustin left he asked if he could get my approval on the job and I told him not to get me started.  I let him know I was very Heart broke that I have to live with this the rest of my life and hoped that at some point I could get over being mad about it.  I told him I could not believe that he would allow an unskilled person to pick up a saw and cut expensive granite that was already sold. He didn't understand why I didn't like it, I just kept saying this piece has pink in it and there is no pink in any of the rest of it.  It is like sewing a skirt with one side plaid and one side  print, it does not match.  I have pictures of the first piece that was cut wrong and now this piece they installed.  I have paid my bill and I am done with them and do not want anything more to do with them, and pray that I don't have any failure in the stone and have to call them back for any warranty work as I don't know if they will stand behind it.  They were only on time once and that was when they came to discuss what was wrong with the Granite, prior to that they were 2-3 hours late to do the templet , they were late on the original install date and then didn't come to do the actual install late a day or two later and then came on a Sat. to actually do the install right and fix problems from the first two times they were here.  Today was the final time they came to repair stuff, (I hope) and were here at a reasonable time.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.  I have only expressed the facts as a consumer that feels I paid for something I did not receive.
