Very good. This same company installed our new house gutters in 1990 by the father and now the sons operate the business. I have referred several people to this company. During the process, a large outdoor porcelain tile was damaged and the father promptly examined the damage and settled on the spot. They are very committed to excellent customer service.

Steve worked with us in what was a long process of scheduling other contractors for roof and fascia work and hung in there with us. Once the schedule was set he got us right into his schedule. The gutters look great!

Brian and Gage Berkey did a great job removing the old gutters prior to house painting and then putting up new gutters after the painters left. They was easy to contact to set up a schedule and were flexible in meeting our needs. I would describe them as timely, courteous, efficient, careful and professional in their work. Steve came out and quoted a very fair price for all work, scheduled a few weeks out (summer) to do the work, then showed up on time, completed the work, cleaned up so you'd never know they were there.

A message to Steve the owner had him out the next morning.  I don't have a large house and it's one story, so not the biggest job, but I did have some nagging issues that Steve had seen before and could solve (at least as best he could).  Steve was obviously knowledgable on gutters.  I also had a DIY plastic gutter on my patio cover he could replace.  Got an estimate on-the-spot.
Sons were out the next week to do the job (note summertime is the best time), and although I was not present it must have taken 3-4 hours to do the entire job and cleanup.
The materials and workmanship was excellent.  Gutters were screwed instead of nailed..  Even my DIY downspout connections were replaced.  Although it hasn't rained yet i am confident that these babies will not leak.  And if there's a problem, I'm also confident they will come out and fix the problem.  I'm very pleased!

Steve arrived as scheduled to quote the project. 

The installation crew called to keep us informed of their arrival time.  They were

 extremely careful with the landscaping and new paint.  They cleaned up every scrap from the installation.

They were on schedule.  They were honest.  They helped us to locate other people to help us project.  They were clean and neat.  They were professional.  It was a perfect experience in our mind.  There's nothing about them, we would have any issues with at all.  We would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys were great! They sealed my leaky gutters after two other companies failed. They even repaired a bent downspout that I did not know about from the original installation. They checked every corner seam and made sure everything was well sealed. It has been a year since the work was done and I am still satisfied with their work.

The project went as planned. Old gutters were removed, flashing and new gutters installed.I was very pleased with the two young men that did the work! All of the old gutters were hauled off. My property was well respected and very clean when they finished the job. All work done to my satisfaction.

West Coast Continuous Gutters were one of three that I got estimates from. Their price was in the middle, but the lowest bidder would have installed funky gutter covers. I had other work being done before the gutters, and the other crew removed a fascia board from the front roof area. Doing so, they disposed of the gutter there. Rain was beginning, the start of the big weekend storm.  Steve and one of his employee/sons came out and worked in the rain to replace that gutter so water wouldn't pour down onto the house entry. I didn't ask them; they just did it. Above and beyond.
The gutters and downspouts were installed today, and they look good.

Owner's son, and another employee installed new gutters on rental house.  They were very knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly.  The gutters look good, and they said they stand behind there work if there are any problems.  I would use them again.

We were very impressed with Steve Berkey of West Coast Continuous Gutters right from the start.
We contacted Steve to request a free estimate for our gutter project.  His was one of three estimates we received.  Steve earned our business hands down during his visit to our home to conduct the estimate.  He was prompt, personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and gave both my wife and I the assurance that he knew what he was doing and that he took the time and attention necessary to give a complete estimate, tailored to do our project right the first time.
Out of the three bids we received, Steve Berkey was head and shoulders above the other two.  He gave us some very candid, constructive advice that we should strongly consider replacing the trim behind the existing gutter because it was the incorrect material - LP siding.  Given all these considerations, we hired Steve on the spot after he gave us his bid.  He was not the lowest bid, but he was competitive and his knowledge and attention to detail made the decision and easy one.
We took Steve's advice and replaced the trim and boy were we glad!  Some of it have deteriorated badly.  Should we have wanted to  sell our house down the road, most likely we would have been required to replace this trim, and would have had to replace the gutters again! Thank you, Steve!
