About us
I have a Bachelors of Science degree in business from Oregon Institute of Technology. After receiving my degree I have over 10 years of maintenance experience at both publicly owned as well as our family owned properties. I also have over 8 years of experience managing property professionally, and 10 years of retail customer service experience. I have been in the real estate business for 15 years doing real estate investing, flipping property, fixing it up to sell, buy and hold, maintenance of property, and property management. Due to my experience I know the best rental markets that have proven low vacancy rates coupled with great market rental rates that will help customers maximize their investment. I have grown up in a family owned construction business from a young age so I understand hard work and making sure not only that a job gets done but that it gets done right. I may be a "new real estate broker” but I am excited to use all of my experience in different areas of the real estate industry to refine the process so I can help the customer buy and sell real estate that will meet their current and future needs whether it’s a family home or a rental. My goal is to help you find your next home or rental and enjoy the process of working with me.
