About us
We’ve served the Mid Willamette Valley for over 25 years, are a 2nd generation company, & we focus on insulation & weatherization. Since 1989 former owner, Vince Stanley, has strived to help home owners, new builders, & local business get the most out of their homes & offices. Vince obtain a Degree in Business. He started his career in 1989 with C&K Corp. After selling the business, he then started Valley Insulation in 2003. Cassidy, Vince’s oldest, graduated from West Salem HS & started out doing cleanup & assisting on job sites. In 2004 started installing insulation & he has since worked his way up in the business doing everything from whole home testing to installation & sales. He currently has numerous certifications & many hours of training / experience all geared towards helping our customers make the most out of their homes & business spaces. Spencer is Vince’s youngest & he has been a wonderful addition to the family business. He is starting at the bottom as his brother did, doing cleanup & installing. He graduated from West Salem HS in 2012 & plans to further his education with the hopes of following in the footsteps of his father & brother. Unlike many companies that do home performance & energy analysis, the Valley Insulation team actually does the insulation work in house with our own highly trained crews. Our shop is currently located in West Salem. This gives us easy and economical routes to all of Salem, Keizer, Dallas, Dayton, Amity, McMinnville, Monmouth & Corvallis. Even though we are on the west side of the river we routinely travel east to Stayton, Silverton, Mill City, Sweet Home, Lebanon, Woodburn & Albany. We also service up & down the Oregon coast & other areas around the Willamette Valley. It is our goal to help make your space as efficient as possible. We offer installation and removal services for insulation. We can insulate your attic, and around your ductwork. Insulating your home or business is the most fundamental addition your money can buy.
