We needed our family room, living room, dining room and stairs cleaned. Dave set up his equipment and began immediately. I never thought our stairs would get clean and they looked almost new. I would definitely recommend Valley Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to anyone. Dave was so nice to work with.

Dave was punctual, professional and hard working. He prepped the carpets before shampooing by vacuuming and using another tool (rake??). He thoroughly cleaned each couch - wow, he did a fantastic job! Our carpets are beautiful, the price was reasonable, and Dave was personable and professional. I can't recommend him enough!

We came home from a six week vacation to find that the dog had not been let outside frequently enough. Yuck! Called Dave and was floored that he could make it out the next day which was much appreciated because the smell was unbearable. We have never had someone clean our carpet so thoroughly in all our years. He pre-treated and deodorized the pet stains and worked over them well. The last time we had the carpets cleaned the service team was in and out in 45 minutes tops. Dave worked on our carpet over three hours and the dry time was half of what it has been with other providers. Valley Carpet cost us about 15% less than other companies with far superior results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Dave arrived promptly and fully explained what he would be doing with the couch. Beautifully cleaned the couch and removed a pet urine odor stain. Did not rush and was totally thorough. Completely satisfied with the service and price. Will be calling Dave for all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Dave, the owner/operator of VCUC, showed up on time to begin cleaning my home's carpet. Unfortunately, he was delayed by fifteen or twenty minutes, waiting for a cleaning crew to finish the 2nd floor, which was where Dave wanted to start. He patiently waited to begin and never displayed frustration; truly professional.
The berber carpet is around 20 years old, and quite worn. But it looked fantastic after cleaning and the service was beyond my expectations.
Dave is a class act and I highly recommend him to Angie's List members.
