He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and set an appointment to return 4 days later. He was friendly, competent, thorough and explained the issue. He showed me the bad part and even adjusted the washer and dryer doors. I recommend this company 100%!

Ramon was very easy to talk to and explain problem to. He almost instantly knew what the issue was and gave us options. We decided to have him repair our fridge since he said it was definitely worth fixing because it was an older but good quallity appliance. He saved us a couple of thousand dollars (by not having to buy a new one), and was very upfront about everything. Very likeable guy. I have already recommended to him to several people.

Ramon was great. He is very professional and honest. He did a through check of the refrigerator and even though he could have ordered a compressor for the refrigerator he was very honest that replacing the refrigerator was the most cost effective thing to do in the long run. Sucks that these major appliances we as consumers buy are not the quality we had in the past.

Ramon responded to my request right away. He talked me through the process over the phone and was able to come to my house the next day. Once he was at my house and located the problem, he showed me all of the places where my washer was working well and the places that were possible problems. He fixed the problem quickly and I only had to pay the service fee. He also let me know that my washer needs annual maintenance to keep it working well. I would highly recommend Ramon!
