Universal Shine

These guys were awesome! We had just moved into a new home and the carpet was horrible. It was cheap carpet but it was fairly new and we didn't want to replace it yet. It was rippled and needed to be stretch terribly. Universal Shine was came out the same day I made the call, stretched all of the carpet in a 4500+ sq foot house and only charged around $100. They were quick and professional and I would highly recommend them!

Carrie did a complete house cleaning of everything we requested and more. I have never gotten the shower floor that white in years. She was very willing to do things and when done would ask what else she could do for us. She knew I had cracked a rib, so whatever she did was so appreciated. We are planning on having Universal Shine on a somewhat regular basis from now on. 
Tom cleaned our carpets; they were so dirty and stained we didn't expect his cleaning job to come so clean!! We just can't believe they came this clean. We'll not use any other carpet cleaners ever.

Armando and Eva were really pleasant to work with. They cleaned the carpets in our home and also provide a detailed cleaning. I have got to say that they did an outstanding job for us. Carpets As far as the carpets go, we had multiple ink stains due to one of our kiddos which they were able to make disappear. They steam cleaned them using very professional looking tools and our carpets came out beautiful. Cleaning I have had other cleaning companies come in and clean our home in the past but Universal Shine has been the most detailed. They spent the time to make sure areas I hadn't even thought about were dust and cobweb free. Our house literally shined when they were done. I now have them clean our home twice a month. I would highly recommend them.

Well, I'll get into the details a bit but I would like to start off by saying that these guys are worth a 10. For me it is always a bit scary to hire someone to come into your home but from the moment I called them, they were very pleasant and professional. I asked for a quote over the phone and without skipping a beat, they quoted me $100 dollars for the three areas and hallway I needed cleaned. The carpets were cleaned using the steam cleaning method (which I prefer) but most importantly, there were a couple of stains that other carpet cleaners had not been able to get out, but they DID! Very knowledgeable and informative. As far as price is concerned, I REALLY believe it was very fair for the quality of work they do... I would recommend them anytime..

We had not had our carpets professionally cleaned (I'm embarrassed to say) for about 6 years now. I have been using a Bissell carpet cleaning machine we bought and I thought it did a pretty good job in making it look good. Well, that is until Universal Shine cleaned it. Wow, I had almost forgotten the true color of my carpet. Universal was very thorough, professional and sympathetic to our needs. I cannot recommend this company enough. Did I say how professional they were :) They left my carpets looking very very clean and it is now a couple of months after they cleaned them and they still look beautiful! Thank you
