THE WORK NECESSARY WAS IN A RENTAL UNIT IN SALEM, AND I LIVE IN PORTLAND. THE SERVICE PERSON, ROD, WAS ON TIME, WHICH WAS ESPECIALLY CONVENIENT, BEING AS I DON'T LIVE THERE! HE WAS DILIGENT AND THOROUGH WHILE TRYING TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE WASHING MACHINE ISSUE. HE REPLACED THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL VERY QUICKLY (WHICH I PURCHASED BEFORE HAND). OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, AND IF NECESSARY, I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
