I provided all documentation, but I had to call and make constant communication with Loan Officer and the Loan Officer did not return my emails or calls in a timely manner. At the end of the transaction, I had to bring in more money than what was discussed, but I was on a time crunch so I just went with it so I could complete the transaction and do what I needed to do.
