Mr. Westfall helped us start the process for purchasing a home. We needed someone with special knowledge because we were using a VA loan. Mr. Westfall was very knowledgeable, but more importantly, he was very patient with all our questions. We were kept informed at every step of the process. He worked very hard to have this process not become overwhelmingly stressful for us. He was available to explain the steps and what requirements we needed to fulfill. We will be forever grateful.
