Description of Work: If you need an energy loan for your house you better have AAA+ credit and be in your house for years or you won't get it. I brought a house and found out it did'nt have insulation so I tried for an enrgy loan. At 5.75% i don't call it low interest loan. 3% would be about right. They don't want to help you bring down your energy cost. I have an electric bill of $350.00 a month. James Rouse in Salem, Oregon

 + -1 moreMr. Westfall helped us start the process for purchasing a home. We needed someone with special knowledge because we were using a VA loan. Mr. Westfall was very knowledgeable, but more importantly, he was very patient with all our questions. We were kept informed at every step of the process. He worked very hard to have this process not become overwhelmingly stressful for us. He was available to explain the steps and what requirements we needed to fulfill. We will be forever grateful.
