TYLER KOLB CONSTRUCTION

Tyler Kolb is a construction superhero. I wanted to stay in my little house with low overhead into retirement, but it needed a lot of help. Tyler remodeled the kitchen, bathroom, floors, and replaced the windows. Now it is my dream home for a dream monthly payment. If you want to work with a good person that does excellent work, you cannot do better than Tyler. Why get a new house when you can have your dream house with Tyler Kolb. Please be nice to him, he is a gem.

Because of the damage Tyler had warned us ahead of time that they may encounter more dry rot as they tore apart the decking. Each time he found more damage he showed us and told us what the costs would be. He was wonderful at working to reuse a lot of the wood that had little or no damage and could be reused with a little trimming. He replaced our 12 steps, the base and a lot of the supporting structure of the deck. All of this was done on a second level decking.
We couldn't be happier with his professionalism and quality of work that he provided. We would highly recommend him to our family and friends.

The entire process was very smooth. Tyler was here exactly when he said he would be. He worked hard
as did his helpers when he had them. He met us at the lumber store to show us the product we had picked out
to make sure it met with our approval. Everything about the project was done in a professional manner and met
all of our expectations. The day the deck was finished, Tyler worked longer to add some pieces of railing thatreally added to the overall appearance. We will definitely use Tyler for any future projects.

See above. Tyler responded to a request for bid within two days of our first phone call. We waited beyond the date of the first bid, until we decided we were ready to proceed. By that point, some of the materials had gone up in price. Tyler gave us a revised bid, and was able to negotiate for good prices on the materials. We were in no rush, so we scheduled the work for early Fall, when we thought his schedule would be lighter. Once the start date was established, Tyler and his crew actually started a few days early. We were very pleased with the entire process.

He redid deck for us. He was a great guy, good worker, did a wonderful job, and it is a great new deck. I will definitely recommend him to others.

He did a wonderful job from start to finish. He was very professional with every part of the job. He took the time to go over the products that would best fit what we were looking for. The job was finsihsed on the time he determined it would be. He was also very clean and tidy.

Tyler cleaned my deck which was in bad shape. He was on time, very professional and focused. It took more cleaner than anticipated and thus longer. He was very careful to tape the house where water might leak in; moved all the plants, furniture, and barbecue grill from the deck to the yard. He did an excellent job; the deck looks like new.

He was recommended to us by the people from whom we bought our windows. Tyler Kolb Construction is registered with the state. His work was completely different from the way we had our bathroom remodeled. He was honest and quick. He had also cleaned up after himself, and he did it really well. He protected our kitchen floors while installing the windows. He brought his own little bag to work and did a really good job. He always came out when he said he would, and there was no need for us to wait for him. He finished the job in two to three days. It was amazing, and I was very pleased. I am now thinking of calling him to do my decks and porches. I would recommend Tyler Kolb Construction to anybody.

Excellent work, on time, reliable, and communicated with me as to what was going to be done and when. Job was done on time and within estimated cost. Any questions I had were answered promptly and in a pleasant manner. Tyler was very knowledgeable and responsive to what I wanted for the deck.
