Description of Work: Dave Troutt surveyed my roof and was able to make repairs and add several years to its life. He also discovered a major crack between the side of my house (2nd floor) where it met the roof. He replaced the siding and stained it to match the rest of the house

Description of Work: Contacted to get a bid a a flat roof job: took 2 - 3 days to come to the house: we left to do errands while he was here with instructions to contact us by phone, writing or in person with the Bid. Never heard from him.

+ -1 moreDave Troutt gave me a bid last spring but I didn't have him do the work until fall. There were 3 things that needed fixed on my metal roof and he seemed to know exactly what was wrong and quickly fixed them in a little more than a day. I'm very satisfied and if I need something else done, I'll certainly call him. He was nice, polite, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. .
Description of Work: Several metal roof seams needed to be fixed (not just sealed but too difficult to explain) and vent pipes replaced & sealed..

+ -1 moreShingles arrived as soon as they were ready to start installation. Perfect timing. Mr Troutt is a Master at his trade, a personable individual, honest and trustworthy.
Description of Work: Removed and disposed old roofing. Installed new Malarkey Life time warranty composite shingles, new flashing, new vents, etc.

+ -1 moreI had a bad experience with a roofing company in the past but I had a great experience with this company. I feel his pricing is very fair. I recently had him out for a gutter repair. He did not install the gutter but it did overlap his work and he stands behind his work. He would not take payment. He is very prompt at returning phone calls and showed up on time. He is professional and comes prepared.
Description of Work: I have used this company several times over the years. He has done a tear off and re-roof and has done several repairs.
