Description of Work: I took the car in for an oil leak repair. They estimated 3 days to do the work. After one week without hearing from them, I called and was told their mechanic was injured and wouldn't be back for another week. When I called 10 days later, they said the mechanic couldn't do the work because he didn't have the tools.

+ -1 moreThe counterman was not civil to me and the oil filter was not tightened properly. If I hadn't noticed oil on my garage floor the engine would have run out of oil. This is a AAA recommended garage and I simply don't know what to make of this experience or of the good reviews by other customers.

+ 3 moreThey are always professional. They get back to me when they say they will, correctly diagnose problems and their price generally generally is exactly as quoted. The are real good with scheduling and get their work done quickly. They are also great in providing rides back to the office and pickup when the repair is complete. I totally trust their service manager, Wes, both that he knows what he's talking about and he's charging me a fair price.
Description of Work: Have used them for 10 plus years forour family vehilces on all types of repairs and maintenance and also some inspections before buying a vehicles. Repairs have included transmission, brakes, suspension, starters, power stearing, and electrical issues.

+ 0 moreMy truck began running very roughly and I barely made it on home. I couldn't identify the problem, but smelled burned insulation/rubber. The unseen damage (open circuit causing arcing) to some wiring just wasn't visible. This was on a Sunday and no auto repair businesses were open. I wanted to get the truck repaired ASAP on Monday. Today's Automotive has a towing service, so I called them at 8:00am on Monday. Wes, the proprietor, dispatched the tow truck and had my truck hauled out of my driveway by about 8:45am -- fast, careful and courteous service from the driver. The new parts were ordered and the repair and test drive were done by 2:00pm. It runs perfectly again. Today's Automotive is very highly recommended.
Description of Work: Today's Automotive towed my Toyota truck to their shop and troubleshot the problem as electrical arcing. Removed and replaced burned components and road tested.
