Tip Top Plumbing did the plumbing on our custom home 3 years ago. A few months ago we began getting leakage through the lower level ceiling below an upper level tub. I called Tip Top and John answered and agreed to check their schedule and get back to us when he got in to the office. He did not get back to us, and our follow-up calls and texts were ignored. Our builder then tried to contact him and had a similar lack of success.

Norm and his crew were efficient, timely, knowledgable amiable and fun to work with. Lots of years of experience showed in their work, suggestions, workarounds and resolves in dealing with century-old plumbing and adding to old architecture. Would use them again and again for all our plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Norm and crew re-plumbed and added new plumbing for our house.
