 + -1 moreAlthough continuosly missing deadlines, he did eventually produce an initial desgin for us. However, he was again unresponsive to changes. He preferes to communicate via text message, rather than answering or placing phone calls. Seeing the writing on the wall, we preferred not to move forward with Eric. We cut our loses and forfeited our intial $3k for the little work he did on the initial plan. I believe him to be a talented home designer/builder, but is horrible at dealing with his clients.
Description of Work: We contracted with Eric Jensen to design/build a home for us in Keizer, Oregon.
