Very well. They responded immediately, sprayed my 2 story house and outside. Very professional and efficient. Had a few stragglers 2 weeks later and they quickly took care of that.

Yes, they were a bit pricey but I did go with a more comprehensive package without being pressured to. I had called a couple of other companies also but the Killers responded to me quickly, gave me as much info as possible over the phone, and had a tech available to come out the next day. They gave me estimates over the phone with the square footage info I gave them. Of course I understand without seeing a place, there might be further concerns a technician can see in person. However, there was no such issue. I was simply given different options for what I wanted and I decided to go with a more expensive one because I wanted to make sure these critters were dead dead dead. Since I live in a smaller area - not quite rural but not a city - we have a lot of interesting bugs out here. We had some huge spiders showing up more frequently and the wasps out back had set up shop in my roof rendering the backyard undesirable to my son and I and even my dog. Also, whenever there was a temperature change, from warm to cold or after a rain, a hord of ants would show up. The technician was pleasant, professional, and answered my additional questions,
My package involved follow up calls every three months for one year without me calling them. If I had problems before these 3 month times, I could call and they would be right out - all of this included in the $600. One of the other companies wouldn't give me an idea of cost until a tech came out to look at the house and he could spray the same day he came if I decided. I felt that was more of a pressure tactic so I declined.
The house was wonderful immediately after. The tech cleaned up all the little hive/cones he sprayed down. A month and a half later, I noticed a spider here and there but didn't think much of it. It's the season bugs are trying to find a way to warmth from the outdoors. They weren't the big ugly scary ones anyway. However, one day as I was sitting at my laptop in the kitchen, the tech that had taken care of us was in the neighborhood on a job and stopped in to see how things were and if I had any issues. This was a month and half ahead of shedule. I told him nothing really except a spider here and there. He said they sometimes set up shop under the roof edge/guttters so he could quickly spray around the house for me if I wanted. I didn't even have to leave the house this time.
I really like this company so far. Great service, great results = peace of mind for me.

We called several pest control businesses, and The Killers was much less expensive, very friendly, and able to make an appointment quickly.  We also used a coupon from the yellow pages in our phone book for 10% off which allowed us to get the better service plan.  We recommended them to a friend as well who also used them.  Would definitely use them again!!

They say something like they kill them; they don't treat him. I used them for a number of years but I discontinued a year ago. I had a contract with them for quarterly service. I paid about $150 per year for the annual maintenance. If I had any problems at all, all I had to do was call the office and they would be out the next day. One of my plants got aphids and they came out and sprayed right away at no extra charge. They showed up automatically every quarter and I didn't have to call them. They would spray and put a ticket on the door to let me know that they had been here. If I needed any extra sprays in the house, I just called them and they came out. I liked them a lot. They did a great job and they were very professional.

They came back until the job was done.  They showed up on time and solved the issue eventually.  Overall, they were excellent.

The service was done quarterly and reliably.

They assured me that if the yellow jackets came back they would come back to remove them again. They were very quick and friendly.

Their service is ongoing. We have to call them out to come out and spray. We never know when they are here. They come on their own. I have been using them but I haven't been searching around.

There no longer seems to be a bedbug problem.

I had the people from the county come out to do a survey on home safety and check everything to make sure that it keeps me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I found out that most of the ducts under my house for the vents for the furnace weren't hooked up. I had lived here several years and couldn't figure out why my house was so cold. I was heating the spiders and the bugs down below. The county people came out, got all dressed, and started to crawl under the house to wrap all the ducts and the pipes. They no sooner got under that they came flying out. I had a bees nest under there. They were not regular bees but bumble bees with stingers. They refused to go back under there until I took care of it. I called the pest control company and they sent out the gentleman that afternoon. He got rid of the bees and the nest and all was good. I was really pleased with them. They were a good company. Their price was reasonable. They were very efficient. They came out that day and the next day to do it. Then I called the other guys and they came back and finished their job.
