The Heat Pump Store - Salem

They arrived on time with a sufficient crew size so they could get the installation done in one day for a three zone system. It went smoothly and it has exceeded my expectations.

Their mistake in permitting for electrical cost me an extra half-day of waiting around for inspections. Installation and system performance itself appear to be good.

The experience was great.  The Heat Pump Store salesperson, Jan, came to my house and determined the size and best placement for the unit.  She was very informative about operation and what to expect from the unit.  An appointment was set up with the installer and electrician the following week (I think, it wasn't a very long wait).  They showed up at the appointed time, and installation was complete in about 4 hours., as predicted.  The installer went over how to operate the system with me.  Jan, the salesperson, said I should call anytime with any questions.  The salesperson, installer, and electrician all got along great and seemed like a big happy family, and they made me feel like a part of that family.

Went great and is performing great

We received everything we needed to install our ductless heater. We were very intimidated about installing it so Jan came over to go over everything with us and give us a bid for them to install it. She assured us that we could do it. Weeks later we decided to give it a try. We ran into a snag and called Jan (on the weekend), she returned the call right away and walked us through our issues. We did it! When the gentleman came out to charge the lines he found we had installed the wrong circuit breaker and once we changed that it worked great!
The only complaint I had is that the instructions weren?t the best but the customer service was outstanding -
I love our ductless heater and would use The Heat Pump Store again.

Jeff and Jann were friendly, on time, and their workmanship was of excellent quality. We have enjoyed the heat pump for over a year now, and it has performed flawlessly. It has saved us on our electrical bill and is so quiet.

The experience was absolutely wonderful. They showed up when they said that they are going to show up. They would call to inform if they are late. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a really good job in terms of the installation. The price was reasonable and I am really happy with them.
