Mike took the extra time to really get the panel smooth. He does great work. I drove the 36 miles to Salem for him to work on the car. He is worth it.

  Absolutely wonderful work.   Couldn't tell where ding/dents were.  These guys are now on my speed dial list!!!    Awesome.
 I have a ding in my wife's vw golf and one in my brothers bmw will get done at the same time - will have them back soon.   Again, absolutely wonderful to deal with and the highest quality work.

As previous reviewers mentioned this is a family business and their reputation means a lot to them. This is part of the story.
Here's the lowdown - 
We had a parking lot accident in which we dimpled inward the front drivers side bumper on our Chevy Suburban.
The impact was enough to push in the bumper about the size of a large plate inward with a depth of roughly 3-4 inches. 
I was freaked out so i took my fairly newer Suburban to a few local auto-body shops who gave me quotes that ranged from $1500 to $3500 to replace/paint/& put on a new clear guard on a NEW bumper. Please note, this was a slow impact type damage to the bumper where even the paint was not damaged(just the clear guard). Anyway after getting those quotes i was beside myself. I didn't have that type of money laying around and i knew if i went to claim this on insurance my rates might go up. So for about a week i was thinking about my options during my daily drive to work on Interstate 5. I was on Interstate 5 roughly around 7am one morning and a van passes me(later found out it was owner/dad - Mike). The Ding Bat Paintless Dent Removal company!! What??? I dent removal company? This is exactly what i was looking for and never knew such a company existed. So i got their phone number/website off the van and did some research. Their website was very detailed and the reviews on Angie's List were ALL very positive. So i emailed them. After exchanging a ton of emails with Louise(mom) a date/time was set (they were VERY accommodating for me). I asked them to show up within a window of time and Jason(son) just did that. Even though I was 20 minutes late, Jason was waiting in the van and jumped out once i pulled in. After a brief/professional introduction Jason got right to work. In short order Jason had the dent out and it looking almost perfect. The price was very reasonable and they were fast. These are the type of people I like doing business with and will recommend/use to others in the future.

I had two door dings in my car. I bought the car used and the two door dings came with it. One of the dings had been worked on by someone else, but you could still see it. Mike was able to repair it correctly and remove the other dent. Had 3 dents on the truck. One was a door ding and two were on the hood from a tree branch that fell in a storm. Mike did a great job of removing all of them.

I had a pretty good dent on my car - my fault and involved no other car - and it wasn't big enough to warrant an insurance claim, to say nothing of increased rates. We found Ding Bat on Angie's list and gave them a try. Jason came to the house to give us an estimate and fixed it on the spot. There was one small area that he knew he couldn't fix and he told us that up front.
He spent hours on the job and did meticulous work. It's a family business with tremendous pride in their craft, integrity, work ethic and customer service. The world would be a better place if there were more companies like this.
The cost was less than $200 - that doesn't include paint but that apparently can be done well and reasonably by a touch up painter. Body shop repair would have been $1400. I wonder how many car owners would be better off with this than going through insurance, paying more out of pocket and getting their rates raised.
The car looks great - greatly exceeded my expectations.

Dent was huge and caved in the fluted sheet metal above the rear wheel well on my Honda Civic. There was a crease leading to it from the impact as well but the paint was good. Mike came out to my house, showed up a little early, and completely fixed the dent in short order. Mike was great to work with, very friendly, and does great work.

Mike did an awesome job. He showed up on time, and did the work in my garage. You can't tell where the dents were originally, and I'm very discerning about this sort of thing. Highly recommended.

The dent was totally fixed. They were very timely, friendly, and courteous. It was very convenient that they were able to come to my house while I was gone and they were very quick with their responsiveness.

He came to my house, set up tent, and took out the dents. Took off the tail gate to remove the dents. He was very knowledgeable, professional and if I need him I will use him again.

Fantastic! I called at 8:30 in the morning, and by 10am Mike was beginning to do his magic work. Since I live in SE Portland they were extremely accommodating and allowed me to come to a place in Beaverton where Mike was already working on a car. Very nice people, honest, hard working, and providing quality service. If you have dings and dents, and don't want to go the expensive route of complete body work and paint blending, this is the way to go. I am recommending him to everyone. Very, very positive experience.

I work for a towing company. One of our drivers was pushing a car into a parking space by hand and accidentally dented/door-dinged the vehicle next to him with the open car door. I contacted The Ding Bat solely from the high marks on this site. I emailed them and was answered that evening. Mike has a mobile unit and showed up to our facility on time and ready to go. He repaired the dent to our customers car and went above and beyond by repairing two small pre-existing dents next to the one we caused. As a somewhat leery first time user of PDR (Paintless Dent Removal), I was really impressed. Mike knows his stuff and you truly can not see any trace of a former dent. Our customer was thrilled. The work turned out beautifully and I would definitely advise anyone to give The Ding Bat a call before heading to an auto body shop.

My experience was a 10 from my initial contact with The Ding Bat Paintless Dent Removal team to the completion of the job. I searched around on the Internet and made a morning phone call to Mike. I received a prompt and courteous return call back the same day. Mike was informative and flexible. We schedule a time for him to come up to Portland to remove the large dent, and a couple smaller dings from my car. Mike drove all the way up from Newberg to downtown Portland to where my car was parked in a large structure. His van would not fit inside the structure he had to park on the street. Even though I agreed to have him charge me, he paid for his own parking. I felt so comfortable with Mike that I left him an extra set of keys. He repaired my car to "perfection," hid the keys and my invoice inside the car. Locked it and called me back that evening to ask me if I was satisfied.
